Over the past 25 years Julie Higgins has developed a reputation in her community as a successful entrepreneur.  Her ability to successfully strategize for her own business ventures, as well as for other businesses, has given her a high level of notoriety.

One of Julie’s strongest gifts is her ability to relate to people in a diverse range of environments and situations.  This may be on a professional level where she’s conveying a vision or plan and then implementing that vision, or on a more personal level where she is encouraging and empowering children or adults.
In any situation, Julie is a gifted leader who thrives when she is encouraging others to believe in themselves and what they can do to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Julie loves planting a seed of hope for the future and then watching it harvest for a lifetime.

Julie is passionate about reaching out to people who are living below the level of human dignity. She loves to motivate girls and young women to believe in the impossible and to respect themselves and other women around the world. Her role as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ipourlife is a natural outgrowth of Julie’s desire to encourage and inspire others.

Above all, Julie considers every part of her life as an opportunity to honor God.

For the past 30 years, Leslie Carter has been delivering transformational leadership experiences in customer, financial, governmental and private industries.  Leslie brings a wide range of experience to her work.  She has expertise in management and leadership development, building high performance teams, planning and managing change.

Leslie has volunteered somewhere most of her adult life. Finding ways to make a positive difference in the lives of others is her passion.  Leslie would admit that this passion pretty much consumes her thoughts.
